This property is not for a person who doesn't enjoy some adversity in life. It is difficult to access and remote. It goes without saying (I think) that you should not expect cellphone service, or any services whatsoever. You will be pretty much on your own. There is good and bad to that.
The property is wooded with mainly hardwood trees and some softwood. A pretty brook crosses the property - you can see the location of this brook on the attached topo map. Yes, there will be snow there in the winter and blackflies in June.
